2. How do I turn the popup on or off?

Go to your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize. Click the "App embeds" tab in the left sidebar, toggle "FastExit Recovery Popup" ON or OFF, and click Save.

3. What is the difference between Instant Mode and Lead Capture Mode?

Instant Mode: Shows the discount code immediately with a 1-click copy & checkout button (maximizes instant impulse purchases).
Lead Capture Mode: Requires the visitor to type their email address to reveal the coupon, automatically saving their contact info to your customer list.

4. How does the 7-day free trial work?
