FastExit Booster ("the App") is developed and operated by Kevin Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected when you install or use the App on your Shopify store.

2. Information We Collect

We are committed to data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver our exit-intent popup service:

Merchant Account Data: Your Shopify store domain (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com), selected configuration preferences (popup text, colors, discount codes), and subscription status.
Customer Leads (Lead Capture Mode Only): If you enable the Lead Capture Mode, email addresses willingly entered by visitors into the popup are stored securely and synchronized to your Shopify Customers list.
Technical Frequency Capping: A local timestamp stored purely in the visitor's browser (localStorage) to enforce the frequency limit. No tracking cookies or cross-site fingerprinting are used.

3. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used solely to:

Render the customized exit-intent popup on your storefront.
Display collected customer leads inside your merchant dashboard.
Process billing and subscription management through the Shopify Billing API.

We never sell, rent, or monetize your store data or customer emails to any third parties or advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall FastExit Booster from your Shopify store, we promptly delete all associated configuration and access tokens in accordance with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (shop/redact, customers/redact, and customers/data_request).
